Required Qualifications :
- Proficiency with subsurface reservoir evaluation and uncertainty characterization
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, or related field
- 10+ years of subsurface experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis without restrictions.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in a Geoscience or Petroleum Engineering
- 15+ years of subsurface experience
- Technical leadership experience
- Experience in Unconventional Resource Characterization
- Track record of developing key deliverables and progressing subsurface analysis for projects through FEL gates into execution
- Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude for building strong relationships based on trust and seeking collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals.
- Ability to generate effective solutions based on available information and make timely decisions that are safe and ethical.
