Job description
A growing safety products firm in Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead customer acquisition for its Safety Division. The ideal candidate will actively pursue new business and build relationships with construction contractors and industrial manufacturers. Candidates should have a proven sales track record and strong knowledge of safety products, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This full-time role offers a base salary starting at $100,000 CAD plus performance-based incentives.
