The University of Central Asia is looking for a Associate Director, Human Resources to join its team in Krygyz Republic.
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Director of Human Resources in the delivery of the UCA strategic human resources plan, and through hands on leadership of the HR operations team build a high performing, customer centric team of valued HR business partners.
The ADHR will manage day to day employee relations, HRIS, performance management and learning and development and support the Senior Manager Compensation and Benefits in the integration and improvement of payroll activities.
The candidate will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, and Internal Communications Manager on the improvement of recruitment and internal communication processes.
