Junior Civil Engineering Technologist – MPE Saskatoon Office
We are currently seeking multiple Junior Civil Engineering Technologist positions to join our team in the MPE Saskatoon office.
Your main responsibilities
- Complete field surveys utilizing RTK GPS equipment, including topographic, bathymetric, ROV, drone, construction layout, and quantity surveys.
- Design Municipal, Transportation, and Water Resource Projects using Civil 3D.
- Prepare cost estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Conduct site inspections and resident engineering duties throughout construction, including residenting, inspections, daily reporting, quantity takeoffs, and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
What makes you unique
Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other drafting software.Proficiency with GPS survey technology.Previous field work considered an asset.Being registered or eligible for registration with Technology Professionals Saskatchewan (TPSK).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Aptitude for general construction methods.Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.What makes Englobe unique
