Arrange and chair topical Section meetings and activities throughout the program year.
Attend Council meetings and the Annual General Meeting and prepare Section Reports or other material as requested.
Serve as the Nova Scotia representative on the National Section’s Executive.
Stay informed about changes (legislative, judicial, etc.) that may impact the practice area and liaise with CBA-NS staff and Committee Chairs as needed to propose advocacy work, member communications or other initiatives.
Attend any orientation or other meetings that may be arranged by the Executive Committee, Section Committee and / or the Section Activity Coordinator when invited.
Such other responsibilities as may be requested by the Executive Committee, Section Committee and / or the Section Activity Coordinator throughout the program year.
