Creative

note : This role is part of ZIA’s in-house Creative team and supports the development of multi-format campaign content, with a focus on visual storytelling, layout, and light motion. Arabic skills are a plus but not mandatory. This role is ideal for a fast, flexible designer who can think conceptually and execute precisely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets for social media, websites, and campaign toolkits
  • Create simple animated content for reels, stories, and digital screens
  • Support in presentation design, reports, event materials, and branded collateral
  • Adapt brand identities and campaign concepts across platforms
  • Work closely with content, production, and strategy teams
  • Ensure designs are culturally appropriate and visually aligned with brand goals
  • Organize files, maintain version control, and meet fast-moving deadlines

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Experience designing for both digital and offline channels
  • Strong attention to detail, color, spacing, and layout
  • Fluent in English; Arabic preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of cultural sensitivity and bilingual visual layouts

    • Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Arabic design or typography experience
  • Motion graphics and animation capabilities
  • Experience working with government or bilingual campaigns
  • Familiarity with print production and event branding specs
  • Experience using Figma, Premiere Pro, or Canva
