Job Title : Customer Service Professional - Bilingual II
Type : Contract with Possibility of Extension
Hours : Mon Fri, 37.5 hours per week, rotating shifts between 8 am - 8 pm
Pay Rate : $25.70 / hour + 4% vacation pay
Location : Hybrid - Halifax, NS (B3L4G6)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and process incoming telephone inquiries
- Research and resolve customer requests promptly and accurately
- Handle sensitive client situations to ensure satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with internal business units to resolve inquiries
- Build lasting relationships by actively listening to customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Achieve both individual and team qualitative and quantitative objectives
Must-Have Skills :
- Bilingual in French & English Required for supporting clients from various regions
- Asset to have experience in Life, Health & Dental Insurance
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a contact center, retail, or service industry
- Strong technical and research skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in learning and applying new information quickly
- Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset
Education :
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
