What You'll Do

We are looking for an organized, resourceful, and independent Program Manager to lead external projects at DNAstack. Reporting to the Director of Partners and Programs, you’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of client projects to support genomics and health research across Parkinson’s Disease, ALS, Autism Spectrum Disorder and more.

This role also works closely with our internal product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage external projects including overseeing progress on contracted deliverables and responding to client inquiries
  • Liaise with internal product, engineering and design teams
  • Lead external communications with clients
  • Facilitate weekly external and internal meetings, including preparing agendas and presentations, taking minutes, and sending summary communications
  • Manage project budgets and prepare external reports and invoices
  • Identify potential risks and work with internal team to enact mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate execution on decisions and action items
  • Work with Director of Partners and Programs to support and develop best practices project management
  • Embed customer success practices within all aspects of project management
  • Leverage software to support project delivery and relationship management, e.g. ClickUp
  • Take on additional initiatives of interest

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in sciences and / or business
  • 3-7 years of project management experience, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role and managing external stakeholders

Preferred Requirements

  • Prior experience working with product and / or engineering teams
  • Previous employment within a startup
  • Knowledge expertise in technology, data sharing, genomics, or bioinformatics an asset
  • Experience using Google Suite, Slack, ClickUp
