Job descriptionFood manufacturing experience is ideal, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing supervision role. Post-Secondary Education in a related field Proven experience in a unionized setting. The Company :
Our client is a leading Food / CPG Manufacturer in Windsor Ontario. With expansion and growth into the USA and across Canada, their Operations team is growing and seeking an experienced Production Supervisor.
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead our production team to achieve top-notch efficiency and quality.
- Keep our manufacturing processes smooth, safe, and compliant.
- Support and guide your team, fostering an accountable, positive and productive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to tackle equipment and process challenges.
- Use your analytical skills to drive continuous improvement.
