Our client is a reputable insurance brokerage firm with the integrity and empathy that has enabled them to continually thrive in both personal and commercial lines business.
They are seeking a Personal Lines Support Professional for their prestigious Private Clients.
As a comprehensive back-office support for personal lines, this experienced insurance professional will be responsible for managing a thorough review of portfolios to assess policy coverage and premium options.
This highly efficient support in the back office will entail conducting in-depth analyses to facilitate policy presentations to clients on behalf of the Company, ensuring a seamless, positive and informed client experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Reviewing and preparing renewal packages, new business, endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements.
- Informing the Broker on file (CSR) of any changes, recommendations and premium increases.
- Recommending cross selling and upselling.
- Correcting endorsements to Broker on file.
- Providing support for any other traditional requirements as allocated.
Key Qualifications / Attributes
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry in a Broker environment.
- Experience managing high priority, high networth group of clients.
- Ability to manage a high volume and multiple tasks.
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective listening skills and efficient organization.
- Highly detail oriented with attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player who is highly professional and self-aware.
- Experience using VIP markets and standard markets.
- Computer literate with ability to learn new systems quickly, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as EPIC and ARS.
