Position Summary
We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our diverse team on our commercial projects in Saskatoon and surrounding area.
Shift : 4-5 days a week – 8-10 hour days
Wage Range : $45 / hr to $55 / hr (depending on experience)

Supervisor Responsibilities
Oversee and manage electrical installations from start to finishSupervise and lead a team of electriciansEnsure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant codes and standardsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsCoordinate with other trades, contractors, and clientsMaintain accurate records and documentationOrder materials and manage project schedulesProvide guidance and support to team membersConduct regular inspections and quality checksTroubleshoot and resolve electrical issuesEnsure projects are completed on time and within budgetImplement and enforce safety protocolsTrain and mentor junior electriciansCommunicate project progress and updates to stakeholdersManage project budgets and resources effectivelyEnsure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipmentPrepare and submit project reportsCoordinate with subcontractorsAdvise management on milestone completion statusEnsure overall cleanliness of site trailers and vehicles on sitePursue training opportunities to advance industry knowledgeHandle any on-site emergencies or issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentStay updated with industry trends and advancementsEstablish and maintain good customer relations with site personnel and customersComply with Company’s corporate Health and Safety manualAdhere to the Company and the customers policies and procedures as they apply to each projectAttend daily / weekly site meetings and all training requiredMaintain clean driving abstract and Drug and Alcohol clearanceMaintain a professional image and a high level of service with customers and co-workers during all contact, displaying positive behaviour, attitude, and workmanship habits in a respectful and empathetic wayLead others by exampleWillingness to work additional hours, as needed to maintain project order, work scheduling, and crew efficienciesAny other duties as assignedQualifications and Skills
Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman CertificateSaskatchewan Electrical LicenseValid Leadership for Safety ExcellenceValid Fall Protection and EWPValid First AidBasic knowledge and ability to use computers and Microsoft Office programsPrevious leadership experience in Commercial Electrical Construction, or a strong reference from past employer stating qualities of suchAbility to lift, carry, push, and pullAbility to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneelValid Class 5 driver’s licenseClear and maintain a clean driving and drug and alcohol clearanceMust be legally entitled to work in CanadaFlyer Electric is proud of our diverse workforce!
