Key Responsibilities :
Project Management : Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Utilize project management methodologies to organize tasks, prioritize resources, and deliver on schedule.
- Jira Administration : Configure, maintain, and optimize Jira for project tracking, reporting, and team collaboration. Customize workflows, dashboards, and permissions to enhance productivity and project visibility.
- FedRAMP Compliance : Oversee project activities to ensure adherence to FedRAMP standards. Coordinate with compliance teams to manage security controls, documentation, and any assessments required for FedRAMP authorization.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear communication on project progress, risks, and issues.
Facilitate meetings and status updates, and document project milestones and decisions.
Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks, particularly those that may impact compliance with FedRAMP requirements.
Ensure proper risk documentation and escalation procedures are followed.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance departments, to align project goals with organizational standards and policies.
Certifications (preferred) :
PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications.
FedRAMP certification or familiarity with FedRAMP training is highly desirable.
