Year-Round Operator, Highway Maintenance – Ledcor

Ledcor Highways Ltd. (LHL) is offering exciting road maintenance opportunities across Alberta, providing year‑round employment with contracts lasting up to seven years.

We are seeking enthusiastic, team‑oriented individuals to help keep Alberta’s highways safe. If you hold a Class 1 or Class 3 licence and want to work for a company that values safety, community, and career growth, we want to hear from you!

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required
• Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways year‑round, including assisting with labourer duties (crack sealing, pothole repair, bridge and signage cleaning, hazard remediation, etc.)
• Work outside in all weather conditions
