We are a full line General Motors dealership that has been in business in our community since 1987. We have great customer and employee retention. Our service department / shop is at full capacity, we have lots of customers coming to visit us every day.

We have a small crew in our sales department and don't believe in "flooding" the sales floor with too many sales people, it doesn't create a nice work or customer environment. Our Product Specialists have the opportunity to interact and meet more customers with our smaller team which translates in the opportunity to earn a very strong income.

Many of our current staff joined us from other industries in response to our unique pay plan and earning potential as well as the fact we are a locally owned and family operated business.

Our pay plan includes a base salary that changes as you gain experience, there are bonuses based on volume and after year one we introduce a commission aspect on top of the salary and volume bonuses. We also have 3-4 contests each year for the sales team where the payouts are based on each Product Specialist contribution during the contest, everyone receives a portion of the winnings and at the end of the year it is a substantial addition to the yearly income. If you are driven to be successful our pay plan including the salary, volume bonus, commissions and contest payouts make it very lucrative and provides the ability to support a family in the Comox Valley and growth!

As a General Motors dealership we offer over 40 new makes and models to choose from plus a pre-owned vehicle department that offers all makes and models. Since we offer so many options we expect a "new hire" to spend the first year learning and familiarizing themselves with the product, that is a big focus. We expect our people to be able to answer the detailed questions that customers have, hence the title of "Product Specialist." The learning is daily and ongoing as well as meeting potential customers and building your customer base and book of business.

Our Product Specialists are expected to prospect, meet and greet customers on the lot and to follow our sales process, we simply want our Product Specialists to be professional, answer the customers questions or figure out the answer(s) get to know the customer and select the right vehicle for them followed up by a proper delivery and education of the chosen vehicle.

We have a Finance Manager who handles all the rest and a Sales Manager who is there to support you and assist you with the sales process and finalizing the deal before seeing the Finance Manager. After the sale is completed we expect our Product Specialists to follow up customers and make sure they are happy and create a relationship.
