RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Highstreet Carpenter, you will see yourself accomplishing a variety of carpentry tasks throughout the day while working closely with all project stakeholders. This includes our trade partners, consultants, and Highstreet employees. The primary responsibilities in this role will include :

• Site carpentry as required including rough wood framing
• Build hoardings and temporary shelters
• Boom lift and skid steer operation
• Maintaining site cleanliness
• Champion work site safety
• Perform all duties assigned by the Working Foreman

Compensation Package :

Hourly Salary : $33.65-$43.27 per hour, dependent on experience

Annual Bonus : Highstreet pays an annual bonus based on company performance. A typical bonus for a Carpenter is approximately 14% of annual salary. Determined annually, the bonus could be more or less depending on performance results.

Investment Opportunity : Highstreet encourages all employees to share in our success by offering the opportunity to invest in the projects we build and operate. To encourage employee investment, Highstreet matches employee investment at 50%, up to 20% of annual salary (i.e. for every $1 invested by the employee, Highstreet invests $0.50 on the employee's behalf). The investments are TFSA and RRSP eligible.
