Due to exciting growth and expansion, they are hiring a Clinical Applications Specialist based in GTA to provide clinical training and education to clinicians in hospitals from Ontario to the Atlantic region, 50% travel required.
This is an entry level role for a recent university graduate (Science related preferred) with a driven, highly motivated and sales focused personality, and strong business acumen with a desire to build a career in medical sales.
Other requirements include excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In this role you will collaborate with the regional sales team to provide excellent technical and product training and clinical application support for hospital customers at all stages of the business cycle, both pre and post sales.
This includes conducting evaluations and coordinating installations, providing product training and education seminars, developing effective product launch plans for new accounts, and following up and troubleshooting of equipment on application of the products.
Compensation includes a base salary of $60-70K and performance bonus of $20K based on achievement of KPIs with total first year income of $80-90K, plus car package, health benefits and RRSP matching.
