Job Overview

IIQAF Group is hiring a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to support our hospitality operations across Canada. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer service, guest engagement, and revenue generation , with the ability to build strong client relationships and drive business growth within hotel, travel, or hospitality environments.

This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales performance, customer experience, and hospitality services .

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and guests to promote hospitality products and services
• Drive sales targets, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
• Provide accurate information on hospitality offerings, packages, and promotions
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-up communication
• Process sales transactions and manage CRM or POS systems
• Support marketing and sales initiatives to increase revenue
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
