Reporting directly to the Materials team, the Inventory Control Analyst will ensure accurate inventory management and support manufacturing operations through cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, and process optimisation.
Nationality Requirements
Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers. The successful person must be able to obtain Canadian government security clearance and satisfy all requirements to work on Canadian Controlled Goods projects.
Job Description
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and integrity across production, warehouse, and financial systems. This role combines analytical expertise, Lean principles, and hands‑on execution to optimise material flow, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Typically, a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years of related experience. 6 months assembly experience preferred.
