Warehouse Operator

Overview

We are one of Canada's largest and oldest wine companies with a rich heritage in quality winemaking. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic Logistics Team in Stoney Creek. This role involves working in a busy warehouse environment handling wine and spirits, where you’ll play a key part in assembling customer orders, managing inventory, and supporting production. You’ll be expected to work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively with fellow team members. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare various orders (LCBO, VEW, Direct to Licensee, Out of Province Transfers, Estates Wines Group, Non-Wine) ensuring products are damage-free and properly documented.
• Accurately assemble orders and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Ensure all outbound shipments are properly labeled and accompanied by required documentation (e.g., bills of lading).
• Support inventory control by documenting and reporting accurate inventory counts.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and courteous manner.
• Perform daily tow motor checks and report any mechanical issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist with general warehouse organization and cleaning as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

What We’re Looking For

Work Environment

This position is located in a climate-controlled warehouse that stores and distributes wine and spirits. Applicants should be comfortable working around alcohol and able to lift and handle cases safely.
