About The Role
Merchandising Operations Manager
As the Merchandising Operations Manager, you are the architect of the seasonal engine and the key executor of the global product strategy. Reporting directly to the Founder, you translate high-level creative vision and brand direction into structured operating plans, seasonal frameworks, and commercially sound assortments. You ensure big ideas are shaped through a commercial lens - delivering profitable line plans, on-time go-to-market execution, and consistent sales outcomes across all global channels.
In this leadership role, you own the full seasonal lifecycle - from initial line architecture to final pricing governance. You approve the final 'Source of Truth' line list and set the global seasonal milestones that Design, Development, Marketing, and other partners follow. You provide category-level oversight, make style-level decisions to maintain assortment balance, and proactively remove cross-functional bottlenecks to protect the commercial integrity of the brand.
