The Analyst is an entry level position to support general functions of the Property Valuation practice. The Analyst performs preparation of the basic foundations of an appraisal, independent research and analytical reviews in support of the Property Valuation practice. The Analyst contributes to the software databases to ensure excellent quality of inputs to facilitate report integrity. The Analyst is responsible for creating positive team member experiences, which lead to excellent client service and drive revenue and profit for the Firm.

The ideal candidate will have analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong writing and people skills. The successful candidate will be effective in researching issues, reconciling databases, and completing detailed calculations. Advanced knowledge of Excel function and basic familiarity with Visual Basic for Applications are assets. The Analyst must be results oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines. Successful team members embrace and live team values and demonstrate accountability.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet navigation and research. Advanced knowledge of Excel and basic familiarity with Visual Basic for Applications are assets.
