Yardi Implementation Consultant – Construction Manager and Valuation Modules (31995)
Role Overview :
We are seeking a bilingual Yardi Implementation Consultant with specialized experience in the Construction Manager and Valuation modules to support our client’s Yardi implementation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Yardi software deployment within the construction and real estate sectors and possess fluency in both French and English .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and integration of the Yardi Construction Manager and Valuation modules, ensuring smooth deployment and alignment with client specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to gather client requirements, design solutions, and achieve project objectives.
- Configure and customize Yardi software to maximize functionality and usability for construction and valuation processes.
- Perform rigorous testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve issues prior to go-live.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert recommendations, and offer best practices for Yardi’s use in construction management and valuation.
Qualifications :
- Language Proficiency : Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Technical Expertise : Proven experience in Yardi software implementation, specifically within the Construction Manager and Valuation modules .
- Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the construction and real estate industries, with familiarity with relevant workflows.
- Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal abilities to train and support clients effectively.
- Project Management : Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
