This part time Retail SalesSpecialist job is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who canwork effectively with store management to increase retail sales andexecute client-driven merchandising that meet the client’sexpectations.
The sales representative will need to be outgoing,friendly, and be able to drive sales and brand awareness for ourclient’s products at major retail locations.
You will be engagingand educating the customers on their next purchase of some of theleading brands in retail. The ideal candidate is independent,self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed.

Responsibilities :
- Meet client and Company objectives by maintaining fulldistribution on all authorizedSKU’s.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively bothinternally with the Company's management and externallywith all Customers.
- Sell at store level live orders on multiple clients(>
5 clients) in over 50% of their stores on the monthlybasis.
- Increase sales volume through promotional activity byselling and building displays, creating themes with related itemsto support holiday / special promo events, and making plan-o-gramadjustments whennecessary.
- Maintain client objectives by insuring all authorizedclient items represented on the shelf have accurate and completetags and making certain that un-saleable or out-of-code product isremoved.
- Will work on the authorization of items to meet Clientshelf schematic standards. Must be able to take direction regardingtagging, rotating, and placing POS materials for products onshelf.
- Achieve client goals and objectives by effectivelymanaging stores within your territory and executing projects andstandards.
- Spend over 4-days per month in preparing and makingwholesaler sub-group headquarter calls with a minimum of foursub-group calls.
- Will complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports,recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports,etc.
Qualifications :
EducationLevel : (Required) : High SchoolDiploma or GED or equivalentexperience.
Preferred) : Bachelor'sDegree or 0 to 2 years of experience in Retail, Client, orfood broker.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize duties withminimal supervision, in order to meetdeadlines.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word,Excel, and Internetusage.
- Mathematical and analyticalskills.
Pay range $20.00 / Hr. - 23.00 / Hr.
