Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management
ABOUT THE POSITION
The senior manager, enterprise risk management services will be responsible for overseeing the risk function for the organization, some of the duties include but are not limited to :
- Manage high-profile, high-risk initiatives and risk assessments, ensuring quality, tight timeliness, and scrutiny.
- Guide the team in aligning with corporate strategy and provide expert advice for transformation initiatives.
- Oversee ERMS assessments, align with Director and Board expectations, and allocate resources effectively.
- Support development and execution of corporate ERMS strategy and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Represent ERMS in key meetings and provide expert advice on risk assessment and process improvement.
- Establish internal accountability framework and tracking systems for performance indicators.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary : $170,0000 to $185,000

- Fully remote work available (within BC)
REQUIREMENTS
- 7 to 10 years of experience in risk, finance, or related roles
- Experience working with executives and board of directors
- CRM designation is an asset.
