As the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for leading a dedicated back-of-house team, overseeing food quality and execution, and bringing fresh ideas to the menu. You’ll play a hands-on role in daily kitchen operations while mentoring your team to uphold high standards of consistency, cleanliness, and culinary excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth execution of service, prep, and cleaning procedures
• Train, develop, and inspire back-of-house team members through daily coaching and mentorship
• Collaborate on menu development, cost control, and seasonal offerings
• Conduct regular line checks and uphold food safety standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Maintain a positive and productive kitchen culture through strong leadership and clear communication

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for team development
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong understanding of food cost, labor targets, and BOH financial performance
• A collaborative, hands-on leadership style—no task too big or too small
• Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality dishes under pressure
