PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :

• Do you thrive in high pressure / high stress situations, enjoy planning, and use effective communication to give directions? If so the Rail Traffic Controller (RTC) position may be for you! This is a safety critical position that offers exceptional challenges as you plan train movements through a geographical region in the safest and most efficient manner. In this role you will make business decisions, solve problems, and coordinate with various departments to ensure minimal train delays.
