This role is ideal for someone whothrives in a varied work environment and is keen on supporting corporateoperations across departments.
Location : Main Office,just outside downtown Calgary (Free parking available)
Job Summary : As a Corporate Support, youwill play a key role in streamlining our HR administrative processes, includingthe management of new hires, training programs, and benefits administration.
Additionally, you will engage in communication initiatives and digitalizationprojects, and receive cross-training in payroll, making this a trulywell-rounded position.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys versatilityin their daily activities and is eager to contribute to the success of ourcorporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and policies and guides
- Prepare offer of employments
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, and conducting LinkedIn searches
- Manage new employee orientations, training sessions, and development programs
- Handle benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support internal communications initiatives and maintain communication materials
- Cross-train with the payroll department to assist with payroll processing
- Collaborate with various departments to improve integration and operational efficiency
- Become Quality Management Representative (QMS) and make sure the corporate team comply
- Play a key role in the automation and digitalization of HR processes, including onboarding, recruitment, and benefits
Who We're Looking For :
- Understanding of Alberta Labour Laws
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office suite
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
