About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to lead a team on-site and independently manage the delivery of residential roof replacement projects from start to finish.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager some of your responsibilities will include :

• Leading and supervising roofing crews on-site
• Managing safety quality control and job sequencing
• Ensuring alignment with company values and standards
• Problem-solving on-site challenges and maintaining workflow
• Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders
