• Youhave a strong interest in the insuranceindustry.
• Youposses a Level I or Level II General InsuranceLicense.

• Handlingobtaining organizing and compiling information and documentspertaining to a clientsapplication
• Managingrelationships with clients insurance underwriters insurers andreferringpartners
• Respondingto client inquiries regarding insurance coverage billing issuesclaims and certificates ofinsurance
• Providingquotations for potential policychanges
• Reevaluatingappropriate personal insurance coverages on existing lines ofbusiness
• Processingrenewals to ensure retention of existing clientrelationships
• Enteringand maintaining client information in the broker management system(SigXP)
• Processingpolicy changes on insurance companyportals
• Managingdata in our internal software and on insurance companyportals
• Answeringand directing calls and emails to employees of thebrokerage
• Providesupport to sales staff asneeded
• Referringother First Foundation services to clients
• Preferencewill be given to candidates with 35 years of insurance experiencebut people with less experience a great attitude and a willingnessto learn will beconsidered
