Transportation Engineer – Edmonton
We currently have an opening for a Transportation Engineer in our Edmonton office. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team active on transportation projects with a focus on highways, roads, and transportation‑related infrastructure. This position offers opportunities to develop proficient skills in all areas of project delivery, including preparing studies, designs, cost estimates, specifications, contract documents, construction management, and construction inspection.

Your responsibilities will include
Conducting site investigations, preparing project designs, and preparing tender documents for road rehabilitation projects for Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors.Experience with construction supervision and contract administration.QA / QC of reports, quantity estimates, and construction drawings.Design collaboration and ensuring implementation of company and client standards and procedures within the scope of assigned projects.Assisting other technologists, designers, and engineers.What you bring
Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited post‑secondary institution, with key transportation electives or project experience.Minimum four years of transportation experience, including experience with Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors.Registered as a Professional Engineer with APEGA.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.Team player and ability to work independently.Valid driver’s licence.Ability to travel within Canada.#J-18808-Ljbffr
