This vacancy is to work onsite in US with the TN VISA

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, helping them grow their skills and capabilities in AI and machine learning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project goals, and develop actionable plans for implementing AI solutions.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis, feature engineering, and model training / validation to extract insights and drive decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI / ML research and technologies, and evaluate their applicability to our business needs.
  • Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Lead initiatives to improve data quality, infrastructure, and processes to support AI / ML development and deployment.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting findings, insights, and technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in AI / ML engineering, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in real-world applications.
  • Expertise in machine learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks, with deep knowledge of at least one major deep learning framework (e.

g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.

g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
