Internship
The Corporate Real Estate team manages office space for the bank's operations including locations in North America and decentralized operations in Asia.
These projects include over 8.4m square feet in more than 400 locations worldwide. Open to applicants currently studying at Toronto Metropolitan University, and Guelph University.
Responsibilities :
- Reporting on the global portfolio of real estate assets
- Working on project plans, tracking, and global strategy
- Assist with the preparation and review of monthly presentations
- Designing value-add analysis and reporting on KPIs
- Improving existing reporting and tracking
- Working on various Ad hoc initiatives, projects, research
- Involvement in Lease Reporting for the internal real estate system
- Financial reporting and accounting related to the portfolio of assets
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Self-starter who shows initiative and can take a project from inception through implementation
- Proficiency with office suite required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Interest in reporting and strategy
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
- Team-oriented, motivated and talented individual who is driven to succeed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
