Primary Purpose
The Territory Manager is responsible for promoting sales of the Company’s products, with a focus on restoration and Abatement equipment sales, to customers and prospects within an assigned region and working with peers to ensure that the overall company sales objectives are met.

Supervisory Responsibility : N / A
Education and Work Experience : Bachelor's degree in a technical, sales, or business discipline or equivalent experience. Work experience should include a minimum of four (4) years in a business-to-business sales or sales support role, preferably in a related industry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Excellent sales skills and techniques, oral and written communication skills. Must be able to develop and maintain accurate and detailed product and product application knowledge. A proven willingness and ability to make sound business judgments. Exhibits a high level of integrity, mutual respect, and employee teamwork at all times. Displays a professional image. Demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding company expectations, goals and objectives. Knowledge of computers and ERP systems. Must have strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills. Ability to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job. Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future sales and decision making.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to travel, sit; use hands to finger, handle controls; and talk or hear. Moderate level of stress balancing workload. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
