A career as an Insurance Advisor in the National Bank Insurance team at National Bank means acting as a customer service specialist for our numerous National Bank clients.

Through your customer service skills, experience in personal insurance, and knowledge of insurance products, you will have a positive impact on the client experience, profitability, and client retention.

Your job :

• Ensure an outstanding customer service experience.
• Properly direct clients to our advisors active across Canada.
• Handle requests and follow-ups to confirm with our insurance partners.
• Adapt to different situations.
• Utilize your insurance knowledge to assist clients in their decision-making.
• Identify and participate in solution paths for client management.

Your team :

Within the National Bank Insurance sector, you are part of a team and report to Caroline Tremblay, Director of the National Bank Insurance and Financial Services FBN customer service team.

Prerequisites :

• Required academic experience level (college diploma).
• Personal insurance license.
• Customer service experience.
• Caring attitude with strong empathy for the client.
• Understanding of Equisoft Connect / Centralize tools, an asset.
• Ability to adapt to different situations.
• Knowledge of the individual insurance brokerage field and its products.
• Openness to change.

Languages : English, French Reason to require this language : you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
