Your role : As Senior Salesforce Administrator – Service Cloud, you will have day‑to‑day responsibility for the overall health, security, administration, configuration, and support of Global Relay’s Salesforce products that enable our Service Teams to assist our growing customer base. You will supervise other administrators, participate in hiring decisions as the team expands, and set standards for high‑quality execution. Collaboration, workflow enablement, and data management will be key to meeting our growth targets. You will also monitor the health of integrations with related systems and coordinate changes with the Sales Cloud Administration Team. Your top priority will be the protection, security, and privacy of our data.

Your responsibilities

• Configure, secure, and support the Salesforce.com Service Cloud platform, including Experience Cloud.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, custom workflows, approval processes, and installed packages.
• Maintain user roles and profiles, all security settings, and access controls in line with information‑security policies.
• Implement best practices for system maintenance, configuration, and data integrity.
• Analyze Service Cloud cases, user behavior, and system use trends to identify optimizations, streamline processes, and reduce manual work.
• Manage data imports, deduplication, and cleanup.
• Integrate applications connected to Salesforce.com.
• Identify production risk areas and facilitate mitigation processes.
• Support cross‑functional projects and strategic changes, executing configurations for each sprint release.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, test new features promptly, and propose functionality improvements.
• Develop and deliver end‑user training and maintain update materials.
• Supervise other Service Cloud administrators, overseeing capacity, workload distribution, and quality.

About you

Compensation

British Columbia – Base salary range : $110,000 CAD – $135,000 CAD

Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating expertise, skills, education, and professional background. The salary range represents the expected annual base salary and is one element of our total rewards package, which includes health benefits, wellness allowance, paid sick days, maternity / parental enhancement program, bonus, RRSP matching, and, for Vancouver‑based employees, a subsidized meal program.
