Seeking Full-Time, Permanent Skilled Carpenter

We are seeking a Skilled Carpenter to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of residential renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working on high-quality, residential spaces. In this role, you will help turn our clients’ dreams into reality by building, installing, and finishing all aspects of carpentry in residential renovation projects.

As a Skilled Carpenter , you'll play a key role in bringing our clients’ visions to life by executing high-quality carpentry work on a variety of residential renovation projects. Key Responsibilities

• Carpentry Work : Perform all carpentry duties involved in a residential renovation from start to finish, including framing, installation of windows and doors, trim work, cabinetry, drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, light electrical & plumbing for residential renovations.
• Blueprint Reading : Interpret and follow blueprints, designs, and specifications to complete tasks with precision and accuracy.
• Material Handling : Source, cut, and install materials (e.g., wood, drywall, insulation, paneling) with high attention to detail and quality.
• Project Collaboration : Work closely with the project manager, site supervisor, and other tradespeople to ensure that all work is completed according to the project schedule and client specifications.
• Quality Craftsmanship : Ensure the highest standards of carpentry work are maintained throughout the renovation process. Review and address any potential issues before the final inspection.
• Customer Interaction : Occasionally interact with clients on-site, answering questions and ensuring they feel heard, cared for, and satisfied with the progress of the work.
• Site Cleanliness & Safety : Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols and guidelines are followed to prevent accidents or injuries.
