Highly respected F500 consumer packaged goods marketleader seeks an innovative and accomplished Engineering Manager fortheir key facility.

Youwill be the Technical SME and spearhead a series of criticalcapital projects within the plant.
This rolerequires the orchestration of multidisciplinary engineering andoperational teams from diverse departments across multiple capitalprojects.
Your core responsibilities willencompass overseeing the project lifecycle from beginning to endincluding project scope definition cost forecasting and timelineplanning.
These projects will aim to improve safety qualityefficiency labor relations sanitation cost management and customersatisfaction.
This position is tailored for anengineer who thrives on complex problemsolving enjoys the challengeof leading diverse teams and is passionate about leveragingtechnology to drive innovation and efficiency withinmanufacturing.

Location : Mount VernonIL
Compensation : $00base Plus 10% bonus opportunity Plus 9% 401k match Plus fullrelocation Plus excellent benefits.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree Required. BSengineering preferred.
- 6 years ofManufacturing industry experience required.
- Experience managing multiple Capital Projectsconcurrently.
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) / Food / Beverage experience a plus.
