- Shifts : Monday - Friday | 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm EST
- Training : Monday - Friday | 9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm EST (6 weeks)

Educate partners (Creators) on social media platforms and technology.Provide strategic consulting to optimize partners' social media objectives.Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and trends to managed partners.Present relevant solutions to help partners reach their goals.Manage an existing book of business, servicing ~300 accounts via text, phone, and email.Plan and organize a daily work schedule to engage with existing and potential partners.Qualifications & Skills :
Basic Qualifications :
Must be eligible to reside and work within Canada.1 year of experience in customer service.High School Diploma or equivalent.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Minimum 6-month internship or 1 year of work experience in marketing, social media, or sales.Strong interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, independent thinker ready to take on initiatives without constant supervision.Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience using social media.Familiarity with online advertising products (digital experience a plus).Proficiency in computer skills and technical expertise.Professional Skill Requirements :
