Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative for a Temporary role based in St. Catharines, ON. This position offers an hourly wage of $20-$22 per hour and presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a background in customer service or administration. Location : St. Catharines, ON
Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities :
Accurately input and update customer information into the company's database, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Assist clients in setting up new accounts, verifying that all required details are entered correctly.
Process insurance billing requests, verify insurance eligibility, and follow up on claims as necessary.
Answer incoming calls promptly, resolve customer inquiries, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide walk-in clients with assistance, ensuring they are served promptly and efficiently.
Perform additional administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of customer service operations. Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Has a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or administration are an asset.
Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Is able to multitask and manage time effectively.
Possesses excellent organizational and data entry skills.
