A career as a Financial Services Representative in Financing at National Bank is an opportunity to create a positive impact for our clients. In this role, you’ll support Mortgage Development Managers in all their administrative activities concerning mortgage financing. It’s also a way to make a difference for our clients at a key moment in their lives.

Your job :

  • Provide exceptional customer service and optimize interactions with MDMs' clients regarding the technical, administrative and operational aspects of their mortgage files.
  • Closely monitor client files with partners to make sure activities are carried out efficiently.
  • Support the team in resolving problems and analyzing data involving client satisfaction.
  • Make sure the processes used are compliant, that new features are implemented and that any corrections required are made to all transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Prerequisites :

  • High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in an administrative support role in a residential financing team, an asset
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial products and credit standards, an asset
  • Basic investment knowledge
  • Proficient with IT tools and comfortable navigating digital tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Ability to adapt to various situations
  • Ability to rigorously manage several requests at the same time
  • Languages : French
