We finance every category of commercial real estate including apartment blocks, condominium projects, shopping centres, office buildings, industrial parks, development land, hotels and residential subdivisions and are recognized for reliable, fast, and flexible commercial financing.

Domain Funding currently has a full-time salaried position available for Commercial Loan Risk Officer. This is a key position which reports to both the VP of Risk and the Chief Credit Officer.

Position details

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This is a full-time position available Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM (1 hour lunch). Our office is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver close to major bus and SkyTrain routes.

Responsibilities (implied from description)

• Support and implement commercial loan risk policies and procedures.
• Work with risk leadership to assess and manage risk across the loan portfolio.
• Collaborate with teams in risk, credit, and operations to ensure accurate risk assessment and reporting.

Compensation and benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience. Benefits, paid training and education, and other compensation are described in the original posting.
