You will address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction. Key Responsibilities : Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a courteous and professional manner.

Identify customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions or escalation as needed. Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Qualifications : Previous experience in customer support or a related role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.

Proficiency with computer systems and software applications. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a team environment.
