The IKO Global IT department is looking for a passionate, inquisitive, detail-oriented, customer-centric, and team-building focused Senior Project Manager to join our growing team.

Our Global IT team plays a critical role in ensuring solutions development and delivery excellence and an engaging customer experience while demonstrating IKO's Values of Sharing Knowledge, Integrity, Long-Term Thinking, Performance, Humility, and Agility.

The Senior Salesforce Project Manager role will lead & directly run multiple key initiatives within the Global IT group.

• WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;
• Planning, executing and controlling all project management activities including scope management, requirements management, coordinating technical design and development teams, testing, communication management, issue / risk management, budget and resource management.
• Provide leadership in PM processes and best practices to IT team members.
• Ensures information and operational issues concerning project status(schedules, deliverables, costs, risks, issues) passes to-and-from stake holders, project team, and management.
• Own complete project life cycle from definition to completion including deploying sustainable support models.
• Demonstrate an excellent ability to communicate, lead and influence teams that do not directly report to PM.
• OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
• BS / BA Degree in Computer Science or Business Management or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• 8-10+ years’ experience in IT project management, PMP certified.
• 3-5+ years’ experience managing Salesforce projects.
• Proficient in project management practices, a highly effective communicator and experienced in dealing with managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Industrial Manufacturing, Building Supply sector experience an asset
• Strong understanding of Enterprise applications including ERP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Salesforce Sales cloud / Service Cloud, Enterprise Content Management and Collaboration, Financial / Corporate Performance Management, BI & Analytics, B2B and B2C E-commerce, Web / Digital Marketing platforms, Portals, Social and Mobile Applications.
• Experienced with the use of PPM tools, such as Planview.
• Experienced with managing deployments of externally procured solutions, or development through the deployment of in-house built solutions.
• Working project experience in global companies across various time zones.
• WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;
• Travel estimated at 10%, within North America and Europe
