About the role :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team, who will play a pivotal role in scaling our business through innovative growth strategies.

The ideal candidate is someone who not only has a proven track record in leveraging various marketing channels for growth, particularly with a strong emphasis on Paid Search campaigns, but also brings a deep expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and a robust experimentation mindset to the table.

You will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

A significant part of your role will involve utilizing your analytical skills to implement and oversee rigorous testing and experimentation frameworks, enabling us to optimize our marketing efforts continuously and improve conversion rates across our digital properties.

In this role, you will :

  • Acquire customers through digital channels and be directly responsible for helping the company meet its growth goals
  • Optimize the entire conversion funnel and continuously experiment with bidding strategies, targeting, messaging, ad creative, and landing pages to drive incremental pipeline
  • Be a business owner for your channels : manage budgets and forecasts, measure performance, and optimize for results
  • Support new areas of growth for the company by launching inbound campaigns for new geographies, product lines, and industries
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Minimum requirements for the role :

  • 5+ years of paid acquisition channel experience, with at least 3+ years of experience in an analytical role
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple cross-functional projects and deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and a proven track record of improving conversion metrics through experimentation
  • Solid understanding of statistical methodology and experience running experiments
  • Technical proficiency or willingness to learn about relevant backend systems and data sources
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and an ability to prioritize based on impact
  • An understanding of business metrics and an ability to optimize for them

An ideal candidate also has :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, a quantitative field, or equivalent experience required
  • Experience running paid ads and digital management gen campaigns
  • Experience with SQL (or a desire to learn!)
  • 1+ years of experience with Google Ads

Samsara’s Compensation Philosophy : Samsara’s compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is at or above market.

We do this through our base salary + bonus / variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles. For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually.

We pay for performance, and top performers in eligible roles may receive above-market equity refresh awards which allow employees to achieve higher market positioning.

The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.$93,925 $121,550 CAD
