Business Analyst, Tech Transformation

The Technical Business Analyst – ERP & Data plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing enterprise systems, with a strong focus on ERP operations, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role acts as the bridge between business teams, IT, and external vendors by resolving ERP issues, analyzing data using SQL, and translating business needs into clear, actionable documentation.

The ideal candidate is technically hands‑on, business‑oriented, an excellent communicator who can operate independently while supporting enterprise‑scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Operations & Issue Resolution

• Own and manage ERP operational tickets (L1 / L2), including intake, triage, investigation, resolution, and escalation when required.
• Debug and resolve ERP‑related issues by analyzing configurations, data, integrations, and business processes.
• Collaborate with ERP vendors, support partners, and internal IT teams to resolve defects and system issues.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend long‑term solutions or process improvements to reduce operational overhead.
• Support ERP enhancements, patches, and upgrades by validating impacts and coordinating testing.
