Merchandiser / General Labour
We are hiring for one of Canada’s leaders in retail fixture. Successful candidates will be working on a variety of tasks including take down, shelving assembly, clean up and merchandising. What We Offer :
- Salary : $21 / hr
- Job Type : Temporary
- Shift Type : 8 Hour Shifts
What You’ll Do :
- Setting up displays and arranging products consistent with company guidelines
- Receiving merchandise in accordance to policies and procedures
- Stocking merchandise onto shelves
- Take down and reassemble shelving and racking
- Pack merchandise and replenish merchandise
- Ensuring displays in retailers look neat, tidy and organized
- General clean up duties, various duties as required
- Ability to adhere to store policies, health and safety standard and company standards
What We’re Looking for :
- Previous experience working in a retail, grocery, warehousing or related field
- Have steel toed safety shoes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically able to stand on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently and with a team
