What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Work directly with clients to gather requirements and design robust SAP solutions using the product

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality backend solutions in Java

Design, implement, and maintain Java-based backend systems and APIs

Optimize existing backend infrastructure for improved performance, stability, and scalability

Stay current with industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field

8+ years in a Backend Development Java role with a solid understanding of J2EE technologies

Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)

Experience with RESTful API design and implementation

Knowledge of database design and optimization (SQL, NoSQL)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Experience with microservices architecture

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools

Previous experience in a managed services environment
