Job description

We are in search of an Account Manager / Sales Representative for an established company that has been in business for 50+ years and counting! In this role, you will be tasked with understanding and responding to the needs of clients, identifying potential new customers, and promoting products and services. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients by providing a consultative approach while ensuring their satisfaction through quality post-sales follow-up.

Responsibilities :

  • Engage in strategic market analysis to understand the needs of clients
  • Identify and reach out to potential new customers through diligent prospecting
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients in a compelling manner
  • Understand and address customer needs by recommending appropriate solutions and upselling services
  • Negotiate sales terms and finalize contracts that are beneficial to both parties
  • Share information with clients and colleagues to ensure quality post-sales follow-up
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the efficient operation and management of the organization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the companies' products and services
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management / B2B Sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving capabilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and credibility with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve / exceed sales targets.
  • Proactive problem solver with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings.
  • Experience in Security / IT / Industrial sales considered a strong asset.
  • Bilingualism in both official languages EN / FR considered a strong asset.
