Office Administrator Parallel Wealth Financial Group

We are looking to fill our full-time Office Administrator position. This position handles the day-to-day clerical and administrative support to our team.

To be successful you must be a forward-thinker, and be the resident expert in making the office more efficient. You will play a vital role in ensuring our company remains current and effective as we continue to help Canadians secure their financial futures.

Location : Langley, BC

Hours : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary : $48,000 $55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and support client relationships by liaising with clients, responding to requests and demonstrating proactive problem solving.
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of business correspondence, presentations, reports and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in the maintenance and management of operations for all office administration functions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external queries, offering exceptional service that reflects our company’s values.
  • Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve office policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the coordination and planning of office events and meetings.
  • Schedule and organize and coordinate meetings, including booking the facility, pre-mail, arranging required equipment, refreshments, etc., as required.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Preferably 2-3 years of professional work experience in a related role.
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone demeanor.
  • Ability to adhere to our code of conduct, and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
