Position : Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

Location : Markham

Salary : $36 per hour

Schedule : Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Job Type : 1-year contract with strong potential to go permanent

Our client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English / French) to join their high-performing team in Markham. What You’ll Do

• Provide bilingual phone and email support.
• Process orders accurately and follow through to resolution.
• Assist new customers and support online ordering.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain high service standards.
